Relaxation and daily reminders on how to stay connected: at work, home, school. Working in the hospitality industry you can easily be distracted and caught up in the day to day activities of the property. The session with Cheryl helped our team members remember it only takes matter of seconds to refocus and regroup after a situation with a guest|team member|coworker. Posted in my office is the affirmation that Cheryl gave me during our session, this is a daily reminder that “I am loved.” Sometimes, you have to say these things out loud to be reminded of your self-worth. Overall, the mindful be.ing|collective sessions benefited myself and all team members.

Being part of a rapidly growing company is very exciting, but sometimes it can get a bit hectic, and stressful. Having to wear many hats, managing people, and constantly thinking of growing the business can take a toll on your “me” time, and your ability to just be present. Cheryl’s been of enormous help (not only for me, but for our wonderful team as well). With her techniques, I’m bringing the practice of mindfulness into my day-to-day, and living with more grace and intention. l’m very glad to know such a thoughtful and loving person.

Centered and aware are the words I would use to explain how I felt leaving my mindful be.ing session. I loved how Cheryl engaged all of my senses to help root me to the present momentaware of my thoughts, but not judging them. Cheryl's words and practices have continued to resonate in my mind and heart. As a kinesthetic learner, the textured teacups, the rose quartz stone and stretches at the beginning helped me personally to settle into my be.ing. The tactile nature of the exercises was my favorite as touch helps me ground to the present. Also, physically receiving the affirmation cards is really helpful when trying to cultivate mindfulness at home. I love her warmth and kindness! Her voice was a comforting guide through the meditation. I'm thankful to have experienced the mindful be.ing with Cheryl. I believe a lot of people will benefit from this.”

“Cheryl’s soothing voice and approach make it for a relaxing, simplified way to meditate that makes me want to meditate with her early morning and before bedtime. She also has an innate nurturing personality, she truly cares about one's happiness and well-being.”

Traci M.

“She's a wonderful and collaborative advisor and mentor, inspirational and practical in her guidance, her approach peppered with wisdom and positivity. It's evident to see in working with her, the significance she transposes to one's well-being is invaluable.”

“The mindful being session was so invigorating! With all the things going on in my life and in our world, the things I take away from the session are very helpful in how I go about my life. I need a few more sessions to help me develop it into a lifestyle.”

“I'm thankful that Cheryl took me on an incredible spiritual journey. I left our session feeling lighter, happier and more gracious. I really liked the way she organically segued into the exercises transitioning from one to another with ease. I appreciated how she explained the intention in each practice she taught me especially the guided meditation. It was challenging not to get emotional throughout the session because I felt so open and comfortable with being vulnerable. She cultivated a safe space to explore my inner self. I gained important knowledge regarding self-love and self-care. I now have more tools in monitoring/managing my anxiety and centering myself. Many thanks for introducing me to mindful be.ing. I've already spread the word and the value of your services, especially for the time we live in.”

“I honestly didn’t know what to expect in the mindful be.ing | collective session even though I was in anticipation days before. I’ve never experienced anything like it! And it was exactly that, an experience! Cheryl makes the exercises practical and applicable for the time that we live in. Throughout the session I’ve noticed a change in my posture, behavior and mindset and left the session light as a feather and revived. I feel equipped to live my life and be in the moment. This is definitely something our world needs more of. Especially making this available in the workplace for employees. Be it in the workplace or privately, I hope many are able to work with Cheryl and experience mindful be.ing for themselves and leave the session full like I did. I’m so thankful for Cheryl and for what she’s doing! I definitely would like to have more sessions with her.”

“I can't wait to book my next session and had a great experience learning to be mindful and present!”

“It was such a pleasure to be in Cheryl’s realm. From the get go, she set up the perfect, inviting and calm atmosphere. There was never a moment of ill-ease or confusion on my part. I felt fully comfortable in her hands, with her guidance.

The biggest takeaway for me was the way she showed me how to use tea and water to slow down and appreciate every aspect of the moment of drinking, to uncloud the overwhelming thinking brain and focus on the simple element of drinking tea; the warmth, the smell, the taste, the plant itself, the sound of liquid in my throat. It's an exercise I have repeated to remind me to be present. Also, her constant attention to breath and using my breath to ground me in the present, in gratitude, and in the faith that the breath will continue and is constant.

Thank you Cheryl for your work. I look forward to our next exploration together.

“I enjoyed my mindful be.ing session with Cheryl very much. Indeed, it’s so easy to get caught up in the daily grind of life. In dealing with life’s day-to-day. It’s so easy to forget the importance of being in the moment and being grateful for it. Since my session with her, I’m more intentional to be thankful for the moment and enjoy it for what it is. At work, I’m stepping away from my desk, taking my lunch break and leaving in a timely fashion so I can do what I can do to maintain a healthy balance. I keep all the helpful tools and guidance from my session with her and I hold on to those affirmations. Thank you for the enlightening experience!”

“My mindful be.ing | collective session with Cheryl was an unforgettable, life changing experience. We often find ourselves overwhelmed with daily tasks and forget to slow down and breathe. After my session with Cheryl, I learned to “breathe” during the most overwhelming times of my day. After incorporating the techniques that Cheryl taught me into my daily routine, I have already begun to lead a happier and healthier life. I look forward to many more sessions!”

“I completely loved my mindful be.ing | collective experience. I do believe in the power of the universe and how things happen for a reason, so the fact that Cheryl entered my life at this point, exactly when I'm looking to center and become the best version of myself, is amazing. Cheryl has such a good energy and warm presence, and that has really helped me to be vulnerable and open up in a comfortable environment. I've left both sessions feeling calm, peaceful and with set intentions. In my day-to-day, I follow her advice and practice her exercises, and I definitely feel more grounded and self-aware. Even by writing this, I’m doing some introspection and realizing that although it has only been a while, I'm changing. My goal is to live gratefully and with kindness, and I'm sure that with her help and guidance I'll get there. Thank you so much, Cheryl. I really appreciate everything you do!”

“The two weeks before my mindful be.ing | collective session, I was having anxiety induced panic attacks, couldn’t focus and truly lived in my head. Since my mindful be.ing session offered at work, I haven’t felt that feeling at all! After my session with her, I felt like I had the right tools to live in the present. What seems like the smallest mindfulness guides and tips are the ones that I do mindlessly every day. I had no idea that paying attention to those things could change my life so dramatically. Cheryl is kind, easy to talk to and a safe space. I wish I lived closer so I could come to see her more often, I believe the live 1-1 with her is more than a session, it's an experience! Thank you, Cheryl, for doing what you do”

Lexi M.

“My one on one session with Cheryl was a lovely experience, from the detail of the wonderful tea, the meditation, and the dance, overall it was liberating! I consider myself a conscious being and I’m doing intentional work within me since 2007. I believe I know what I need in terms of mind-body-soul care and I work actively to achieve those intentions. It’s not always easy but I try. My time with Cheryl reinvigorated my commitment to all matters pertinent to inner work healing. Thank you so much, Cheryl!”
